How to Find a Transaction in the Konnect Dashboard

Transaction List

Log In to Konnect Dashboard

  • Access the Konnect dashboard using your credentials.

Navigate to the Transactions Page

  • From the main menu, click on the "Transactions" tab. This will take you to the transaction list view.

Understand the Transaction List Layout

  • The list provides an overview of transactions, including key details such as:
    • Transaction ID
    • Merchant Name
    • Date and Time
    • Amount
    • Payment Method (e.g., Credit Card, ACH)
    • Status (e.g., Approved, Pending, Declined)

Pagination

  • If there are many transactions, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate between pages.

Transaction Details

Locate the Transaction

  • Find the transaction of interest in the list. Use the search or filter functions (described below) if needed.

View Details

  • Click on the transaction row or the corresponding "Details" button to open the detailed transaction view.

    • Authorization Codes

Export or Print Details**

  • Use the export or print buttons to save the details for your records if needed.

Locate the Search Bar

  • The search bar is available at the top of the Transactions page.

  • Input relevant details, such as:
    • Transaction ID
    • Merchant Name

    • Email Address

Run the Search

  • Press "Enter" or click the search icon to display the results.
