Installing Konnect on WHMCS

What's WHMCS?

Before We Start
Make sure you have:
- WHMCS version 7.0 or higher
- Admin access to your WHMCS installation
- A Konnect merchant account
- Your Konnect API credentials
Installation in 3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Get the Plugin
- Log into your Konnect merchant dashboard
- Look for the WHMCS payment gateway plugin (opens in a new tab)
- Download the module (it'll be a .zip file)
Step 2: Quick Install
- Extract the downloaded zip file
- Upload the 'modules/gateways/konnect' folder to your WHMCS installation's 'modules/gateways/' directory
- Upload the 'modules/gateways/callback/konnect.php' to your 'modules/gateways/callback/' directory
Step 3: Set It Up
- Go to your WHMCS admin area
- Navigate to Setup → Payment Gateways
- Find Konnect in the available gateways list
- Enter your credentials:
- Merchant ID
- API Key
- Secret Key
- Save your settings and you're ready! 🎉
Testing Your Setup
Before going live:
- Enable test mode in the gateway settings
- Create a test invoice
- Try processing a payment
- Check if the payment shows up in both WHMCS and your Konnect dashboard
